⏱️ Time Control & Pairings
The organizer runs five rounds using the FIDE Swiss Dutch system. Players receive 90 minutes for the game plus a 30-second increment from move one.
Moreover, every player must record the moves throughout the game.

First-Round Bye
Players may request a half-point bye for Round 1. However, they must inform the tournament director by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, October 2.

Prize Conditions
Prizes are indivisible and non-cumulative. Therefore, one player cannot combine several awards.

The tournament consists of two separate pairing groups.

📝 Registration
Players must complete their registration by September 30, 2026.
Pre-registration through Vesus is mandatory. However, Vesus registration alone does not complete the entry. Players must also pay the entry fee by bank transfer and email a copy of the payment receipt to the organizer.

The organizer applies the FSI and FIDE regulations in force on the tournament dates. Moreover, the organizer requires all players to record their moves.
