FOR PLAYERS

How can I find a chess tournament?

Use the Upcoming Tournaments page, the tournament map, the calendar, or the By Country directory. You can search and filter tournaments by date, country, location, format, and other available criteria.

Some tournament pages allow players to send a registration request through MyChess.Events. The request is forwarded to the relevant organizer, but MyChess.Events does not normally complete the official tournament registration on the organizer’s behalf.

No. Sending a request through MyChess.Events does not guarantee acceptance, entry, or a place in the tournament. Participation is confirmed only when the organizer accepts your registration and provides any required payment or confirmation instructions.

Follow the registration and payment instructions published by the organizer. Before sending money, verify the payment details through the official tournament website, registration page, or organizer contact information.

Check the organizer’s official website, email address, telephone number, and social-media channels shown on the tournament or organizer page. MyChess.Events can forward information, but it cannot confirm participation on behalf of an independent organizer.
