Sheffield Chess Centre is a dedicated chess venue and Community Interest Company based in Sheffield, South Yorkshire, England. Created in 2023, the centre provides a permanent home for competitive, instructional, and community chess in Sheffield and the surrounding area. It hosts ECF- and FIDE-rated events, league matches, coaching sessions, congresses, and casual chess from its dedicated venue at 329A Coleford Road.
The centre runs separate junior and adult programs throughout the week. Advanced juniors meet on Mondays, beginner juniors on Tuesdays, while adult chess takes place on Thursdays. 🎓 Junior and Player Development
