⏱️ Time Control & Pairings

The tournament uses a classical time control of 90 minutes per player, plus a 30-second increment from move 1. Therefore, players receive enough time for serious calculation in every round.

Pairings follow the Swiss system across 5 rounds. Swiss-Manager supports the pairing process, and players compete in three rating groups.

FIDE rules apply unless the tournament rules define a specific exception. In addition, players must arrive within 60 minutes of the scheduled round start to avoid a possible forfeit.

🏆 Prize Fund

The tournament has a published prize fund of €1,440, approximately US$1,670. The prize list covers the three rating groups and includes one rating prize in each group.

Under 1900

The Under 1900 group gives club players and ambitious amateurs a separate rating group. It follows the same schedule and classical time control.

Under 1650

The Under 1650 group gives developing players a clear section within the same tournament. It also follows the 5-round Swiss-system format.
