⏰ Time Control & Pairings
The tournament uses the Swiss system over nine rounds. Each player receives 90 minutes for the first 40 moves, followed by 30 minutes for the rest of the game. A 30-second increment applies from move one.
The maximum permitted lateness is 60 minutes. During Rounds 1–6, a player may request up to three half-point byes by notifying the arbiter before the relevant pairing is produced.
