⏱️ Time Control & Pairings
Each championship uses a nine-round Swiss system. The time control is 90 minutes for 40 moves, then 30 minutes for the rest, with a 30-second increment from move one.
The default time is 15 minutes. In addition, ECU tournament and anti-cheating rules apply.

📝 Registration
Federations or team captains submit the registration and accommodation booking through the organizing committee. The standard application deadline is June 26.
The registration fee covers accreditation and airport transfers on the official arrival and departure days. Late registration costs more.
