⏱️ Time Control & Pairings
The Bundesliga uses a complete team round-robin system. Therefore, each club meets every other participating team once during the 11-round season.
Players receive 90 minutes for the first 40 moves. Afterwards, the clock adds another 30 minutes for the remainder of the game.

Austrian Team Championship
Austria introduced its national team chess championship in 1953 under the name Staatsliga. The Austrian Chess Federation renamed the competition Bundesliga in 2003.

The Austrian Chess Federation is Austria’s national governing body for chess. It operates under the German name Österreichischer Schachbund (ÖSB).
