Players may arrive up to 60 minutes after the scheduled start of a round; after that limit, the organizer scores the game as a forfeit loss. The organizer uses International Buchholz as the main standings method and applies these tie-breaks in order: Buchholz Cut 1, Buchholz Total, and opponents’ average rating (ARO). The organizer awards 1 point for a PAB (Pairing Allocated Bye).
For side events, the organizer runs a 9-round FIDE Rapid tournament (12+3) and a 12-round FIDE Blitz tournament (5+3), both as Elo-rated events for their respective rating lists.
