Default Time
A player who has not arrived at the board 12 minutes after the round starts loses by forfeit. A player who gives an unjustified forfeit is not paired in the following round.

There is no special restriction on draw offers beyond the normal FIDE Laws of Chess.

Electronic Devices
Phones and electronic devices must be switched off and stored in a bag throughout the game. If a player’s phone or device rings or vibrates during play, that player immediately loses the game.
Appeals
A player must comply with an arbiter’s decision during the game. If the player wishes to appeal, the objection should be made orally at the incident, the game continues, and a written complaint can be submitted after the game to the federal appeals process.
