General Open

The General Open uses a 5-round Swiss Dutch FIDE system. Each player receives 90 minutes for the game, plus a 30-second increment per move.

The tournament counts for FIDE, Swiss national, and DWZ standard rating. Therefore, it gives players a useful classical chess tournament with international and national rating value.

Players may request one half-point bye in the first three rounds. The first technical tie-break is Buchholz Total. The maximum delay time is 60 minutes.

Blitz Open

The Blitz Open takes place on September 5, 2026. It uses a 7-round Swiss Dutch FIDE system and counts for FIDE Blitz rating.

Each player receives 5 minutes for the game. The first technical tie-break is Buchholz Total, and the maximum delay time is 5 minutes.
