📝 Registration
Registration Process
The combined Rapid and Blitz player fee is €180, including the organizer fee and both FIDE discipline fees. Delegates, coaches and accompanying persons pay €60.
Federations must submit participants by June 30 and complete payment by July 15. Players should coordinate with their national federation rather than attempting an individual entry.

🏨 Accommodation
Official Accommodation
All participants must stay in official hotels booked through the organizer. The published full-board rate is €100 per person per day in a double room and €120 per person per day in a single room, including breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The hotel package covers the full program from arrival on August 1 to departure on August 8. Federations should not make an independent hotel reservation that conflicts with the accreditation rules.
🚗 How to Get There
The organizer provides free transfers between Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport and the official hotels on August 1, with return transfers on August 8. Flight details must reach the organizer by July 25.
Independent airport transfer
Outside the official transfer windows, use a licensed airport taxi or established ride-hailing service from the airport to Wuse Zone 5.
By road
The venue lies in central Abuja’s Wuse district. Drivers should use Sokode Crescent and allow extra time during weekday traffic.
Local travel
Participants staying in official hotels should follow the organizer’s shuttle instructions when provided; otherwise, taxis and ride-hailing are the most direct options.
