Parking charges are INR 80 for cars and INR 30 for two-wheelers for the first hour. After that, parking costs INR 20 per additional hour for cars and INR 10 per additional hour for two-wheelers.

Players must not carry or use electronic devices, including wristwatches, during play. Parents and non-participants are not allowed inside the tournament hall during games. The organizer will provide E-certificates to all participants within 15 days after the event. Merit certificates will be awarded to all prize winners during the prize distribution ceremony.
