Prize winners who qualify for more than one prize receive only the higher prize. Prize money will be transferred online within two weeks after the event.

The championship uses a 60 minutes + 30 seconds increment time control from move one and runs over 9 rounds. In addition, the tournament follows the FIDE Swiss System and applies the FIDE Laws of Chess.
The default time is 15 minutes. Tie-break details will be announced during the players meeting and displayed during the event. FIDE IDs can also be generated during the championship for players who do not already have one.

Players must not carry or use electronic devices, including wristwatches, during play. Parents and non-participants are not allowed inside the tournament hall during games. The organizer will provide E-certificates to all participants within 15 days after the event. Merit certificates will be awarded to all prize winners during the prize distribution ceremony.
