⏱️ Time Control & Pairings

The tournament runs a 7-round Swiss System and rates games for both AUT national rating and FIDE Standard rating. Each game uses 90 minutes for the first 40 moves, then 30 minutes to finish, with a 30-second increment per move from move 1.

The organizer applies a 30-minute forfeit time from the scheduled round start. Players can take one bye in Rounds 1–4. The tournament breaks ties by Buchholz Cut (-1), then Buchholz, then Sonneborn-Berger.
