Organizers pay all cash prizes by bank transfer and allow each player to win only one cash prize (they award the highest eligible amount).
⏱️ Time Control & Pairings
All three tournaments use the same time control: 90 minutes for the entire game plus 30 seconds increment per move from move one.
Organizers run each section as a FIDE Swiss system event and use standard computer pairings.
The tournament follows FSI and FIDE general regulations, including dress code, notation, and fair-play rules.
The default (forfeit) time at the board is 60 minutes after the scheduled start of the round.
Players may request one half-point bye (HPB) for at most one of the first three rounds; this counts as a planned absence with a ½-point score. You must send the HPB request in writing before the publication of Round 1 pairings to torneiqueenclub@gmail.com, and you cannot revoke it after you submit it.
Tie-break order: direct comparison (REP), total Buchholz, Sonneborn-Berger, then APRO.
Electronic devices may stay in the playing hall only if you switch them off completely and keep them in a bag away from direct contact with the player.

The organizers treat your entry as confirmed once they receive the transfer. They apply a €10 surcharge for payments made after January 12, 2026.
Players must hold a valid FSI agonistic or junior membership card for the current year before the tournament starts. If you do not hold a card yet, you may arrange FSI registration through the organizing club at the venue; the organizers do not accept self-certifications.
