• Players may not leave the playing area without arbiter permission.
• Requests for byes must be submitted in writing before the previous round.
• Pairing appeals are accepted only in case of data error or program malfunction.
• Electronic devices must be switched off and kept in assigned bags; accessing them without permission results in loss.
• Mandatory submission of signed scoresheet at game end.
