24 24 people viewed this event.

The 1st Torneo Internazionale di Scacchi Il Silenzio della Mole 2026 takes place from October 16–18, 2026 at the Mole Vanvitelliana in Ancona, Italy. A.S.D. Conero Scacchi and A.D. Circolo Dorico Scacchi organize the inaugural edition.

The festival contains four FIDE-rated sections with overlapping rating bands. Open A, B, and C use 90 minutes plus 30 seconds per move, while Open D uses 60 minutes plus 30 seconds per move.

The tournament publishes cash and non-cash awards across all four sections but does not state one reconciled overall cash-fund figure. Therefore, the separate WordPress prize-fund field is intentionally left blank rather than forcing an uncertain total.
