The Hoogeveen Chess Tournament 2026 runs from October 10–17, 2026 at Hoogeveen Town Hall in the Netherlands. The long-running festival combines the Hoogeveen Open, two amateur tournaments, and the elite Crown Group.

The Open and Amateur Afternoon tournaments each run for nine rounds, including a double-round Wednesday. The Amateur Morning tournament has seven rounds and rests on Wednesday. Meanwhile, the Crown Group follows a six-round schedule from October 12 to 17.

The three public open-entry tournaments publish €11,600 / approx. $13,430 in cash prizes. The Crown Group field is assembled separately, so this page includes only its currently confirmed schedule and structure.
