László Seres is a Hungarian chess organizer, FIDE Arbiter, tournament director, and federation official based in Kiskunfélegyháza, Hungary. FIDE awarded him the FIDE Arbiter title in 2009. He holds a valid Category C arbiter licence. In 2025, FIDE also awarded him the Associate Organizer title, valid through 2027.
Seres serves as secretary-general of the Bács-Kiskun County Chess Federation. In this role, he coordinates competitions, publishes tournament information, supports affiliated clubs, and handles technical administration. He also contributes to the Hungarian Chess Federation’s Senior Committee.
