Electronic devices are not allowed in the playing area unless the chief arbiter authorizes them. If a player’s phone rings during a game, that player loses the game.

Prize winners must attend the closing ceremony. Cash prizes are paid by bank transfer after the required legal withholding, and winners need the required identification and bank documentation.
