♟️ About Doprastav Bratislava Chess Club
Doprastav Bratislava Chess Club, officially known as ŠK Doprastav Bratislava, is an established chess organization based in Bratislava, Slovakia. The club supports competitive chess, junior development, regular training, league participation, and tournament organization. It brings together adult players, talented juniors, trainers, arbiters, and volunteers from across the Bratislava chess community. Moreover, the club works closely with Bratislavská šachová akadémia, which serves as an important development pathway for young players who may later represent Doprastav in official club competitions. Martin Hunčár is one of the club’s principal organizers and manages adult training, tournament activities, and participant communication.

The club enters several teams in the Slovak league system and gives members opportunities to compete at different playing levels. Its activities include classical chess, rapid chess, blitz, junior events, training sessions, and team matches.
