⏱️ Time Control & Pairings
Classical: 90 minutes for 40 moves, then 30 minutes to finish; +30 seconds increment from move one.
System: 7-round Swiss in both sections; pairings by rating, then federation/title regulations where applicable.
Default time: 30 minutes after the scheduled start of each round.
Tie-breaks: Standard Buchholz-type procedures as announced by the Chief Arbiter at the technical meeting.

Who can play: Members/players admitted under the Landesschachverband Sachsen-Anhalt regulations; limited guest entries may be possible.
How to enter: Register through the federation/organizer as announced; provide full name, club, and FIDE ID.
Check-in: Be present at the venue before Round 1; late arrival beyond the default time may result in a forfeit.
Byes: Half-point bye policies (if available) are announced on site before Round 1 and must be requested in advance.
