Both sections use 90 minutes plus 30 seconds per move from move one. Pairings follow the Dutch FIDE Swiss system.
Tie-breaks are Buchholz Cut 1, Sonneborn-Berger and ARO. Players arriving more than 60 minutes after the scheduled start lose by forfeit.
