Open A

Open A uses a classical time control of 90 minutes for the first 40 moves, followed by 30 minutes for the rest of the game. Each player also receives a 30-second increment per move. The section runs over 9 Swiss-system rounds.

Open B

Open B follows the same classical time control. This section is reserved for players over 65 and runs over 8 Swiss-system rounds.

The tournament applies FIDE rules. Also, players who arrive more than 30 minutes after the scheduled start of a round lose the game by default.
