60 minutes + 30 seconds per move from move 1 (both sections).
7 rounds, Swiss system (pairings via Swiss-Manager/Vega; results on Chess-Results/Info64).
Default time: 30 minutes after the actual round start.
Tiebreaks (in order): Buchholz (cut-1) • Buchholz total • Sonneborn-Berger • Direct encounter • Draw of lots.
Score sheets must be completed legibly in algebraic notation and handed in signed with the correct result.
Electronic devices on, with sound or vibration, imply loss of the game. Other FIDE/FEDA rules apply.

Players are responsible for verifying their section eligibility (rating), byes, name spelling, and federation details.
Byes: Up to two half-point byes allowed in rounds 1–5 (0-point byes in rounds 6–7). Request before finishing the previous round.
Publication of pairings/lists on Chess-Results/Info64 once validated.
