Each player will receive 90 minutes for the entire game, with a 30-second increment per move starting from move one.

- 25 November 2025: Arrival of participants
- 26 November 2025: Opening Ceremony and Round 1
- 27 November – 4 December 2025: Rounds 2–9
- 5 December 2025: Final Round and Closing Ceremony
All rounds will commence at 15:00 local time, except for the final round, which will start at 09:00.
