⏱️ Time Control & Pairings
Time control: Game in 90 minutes + 30 seconds increment from move 1.
Pairings: Swiss system; USCF ratings used for pairing and prize eligibility; FIDE laws apply.
Bye policy: One half-point bye per player allowed; byes must be requested prior to Round 1 to be eligible for ½-point.

Departing port: Miami Beach, Florida; public transport and ride-share available from Miami International Airport (MIA).
Arrival: Players arrive at the port on Friday, Jan 10; ship returns to Miami on Saturday, Jan 17.
