The Asian Chess Club Champions League 2025 will gather the strongest chess clubs from across Asia. They will compete for continental glory in a high-level team competition. The event will take place from June 17 to June 26, 2025, in the strategic city of Khanty-Mansiysk, Russia. Organized by the Asian Chess Federation with support from the local Russian hosts, the championship showcases ten elite clubs. These clubs represent FIDE Zones 3.1 through 3.8, along with two host-nominated teams. Clubs will battle on four boards in a prestigious round-robin format for a total prize fund of ₽10,000,000 Roubles.

Format: Single round-robin among 10 teams (9 rounds total)
Boards: 4 players per team compete in Olympiad format
Time Control: 90 minutes for the entire game with 30-second increment from move one
Default Time: 30 minutes after the start of each round
Each team may field four players per round, with one reserve and one captain (total of six team members).

Eligible teams include club champions from Zones 3.1 to 3.8, plus two teams from the host nation.
Each team consists of 4 players, 1 reserve, and 1 captain.
Zone Presidents must confirm participation and submit team details by May 12, 2025.
The organizers require full lists, FIDE IDs, photos, bios, and visa information by the same deadline.

Entry Fee – $150 per team
Registration Fee – $100 per participant (team member)
Federations must transfer fees to the Asian Chess Federation’s official account before the deadline.

Accommodation: Double rooms with full board for 4 players, 1 reserve, and 1 captain
Meals: Full board (three meals per day) included from June 17 (noon) to June 26 (noon)
Additional persons pay ₽6,100/day for double rooms or ₽5,100/day for single rooms.
