Players will compete in one round per day, with games starting at 11:00 AM local time during the Amsterdam Chess Open 2025.

Organizers apply classical FIDE time controls:
- 90 minutes for the first 40 moves, then
- 30 minutes for the rest of the game
- 30-second increment per move starting from move one

The event features 9 rounds under the Swiss-system pairing. This system will guide the matchups in the Amsterdam Chess Open 2025.

- Total Prize Fund: €25,000
- First Prize: €6,000

- Special prizes reward the best female players, best juniors, best seniors, and best rating group performances.
