Prize rules

  • The organizer will deliver prizes only to players who attend the prize-giving or who notify the organizer in advance about an absence.

  • A player may receive only one special prize.

⏱️ Time Control & Pairings

The tournament runs five Swiss rounds with a classical time control of 90 minutes plus a 30-second increment per move.

Forfeit time:

  • The arbiter will score a loss by forfeit when a player arrives more than 30 minutes after the round starts.

Tie-breaks and ranking:

  • The organizer will use International Buchholz for the final standings.

  • The organizer will also apply the listed tie-break sequence, including total Buchholz, Buchholz cut 1, and average opponent rating.

Bye/draw option:

  • A player may request a “forfeit draw” in one of the first three rounds under the stated federation rule.
