The event will follow a 9-round Swiss-system format, adhering to FIDE regulations. Each game will be played with a classical time control of 90 minutes for the entire game. Players will also receive a 30-second increment per move starting from the first move. Organizers will rate the tournament both nationally and internationally, allowing participants to improve their standings.
