- Format: 9-round Swiss system, adhering to FIDE rules.
- Time Control: 90 minutes for 40 moves, followed by 30 minutes for the remainder of the game, with a 30-second increment per move from move one.
- Default Time: 30 minutes.

- Rounds 1–8: 15:00 CEST (3:00 PM)
- Round 9: 10:00 CEST (10:00 AM)

Note: Grandmasters (GM) and Woman Grandmasters (WGM) are exempt from entry fees.
