Moreover, both sections count for Elo and DWZ evaluation. The organizer places players in groups according to DWZ from the latest available German Chess Federation database. In addition, all participants must check in again on the tournament day, even if they completed advance registration.

Schachclub Haßloch e.V. organizes this long-running Pentecost tournament and continues to run one of the most established open events in the region. In addition, the club manages registration, player communication, and tournament operations for both sections throughout the weekend.
