Nordstrand Sjakklubb (Nordstrand Chess Club) is a long-established chess club based in Oslo, Norway. The club has been active since the mid-20th century and is a fixture in Norwegian chess. Today it brings together juniors, adults and seniors for regular over-the-board play at Lambertseter gård.

Nordstrand Sjakklubb organizes a wide range of tournaments and league matches throughout the season. Its flagship weekend event is the Nordstrand GP Langsjakk, a five-round classical open in the Norges Grand Prix series. Moreover, the club runs rapid events, internal championships and training tournaments that serve both ambitious and casual players.

In addition, youth work is an important part of the club’s identity. For example, in cooperation with its junior section, it offers courses, school groups and coaching.
