The Doprastav Bratislava Chess Club (Šachový klub Doprastav Bratislava) ranks among the most respected and active chess organizations in Slovakia. Founded in 1952 as part of the Doprastav Sports Association, the club has built a strong legacy in both competitive and youth-focused chess.
